He has worked professionally as a software developer, system administrator, system architect and process designer for over 20 years.

His specialties include planning, troubleshooting, technological advice and research.

• Designing and building enterprise-scale systems, including high-traffic websites and hospital systems.
• System administration of Windows (XP, 7, Server 2012) and Linux (Ubuntu, Debian and Redhat) systems.
• Mapping and improvement of workflows in high-throughput production environments, applying LEAN principles.
• Background in the advertising, Internet, publishing and medical industry.
